What’s so amazing about rebounding?

Whether you are stuck home because of Covid, or it’s future times and you’re back at the gym, a Rebounder is one of the greatest self- care gifts you can get yourself. What is a Rebounder? It’s a little one-person trampoline that you can jump on, jog on and use  light weights with, if desired.

What is so great about a Rebounder? Well, ONE thing that a rebounder does very well is move your Lymphatic System. What is your Lymphatic System you might ask? It’s the waste removal system of the body! Directly under your skin, your lymph system is in place to move toxins and waste to the lymph nodes. BUT- the lymph system does not have a “pump” like your circulatory system does, - it needs the body to MOVE in order to get it to flow. The rebounder causes the body to experience a bouncing repetitive movement that increases your G-Force (gravitational pull) and this is a fantastic way to get the lymph system moving. This increase in G-force also is very strengthening for the body on many levels- including on a cellular level!

Here is a list of the possible benefits from REBOUNDING!

Lymphatic System Support

  • Cardio Exercise

  • Core Exercise

  • Muscle Building

  • Endurance Building

  • Improves Balance

  • Improves Coordination

  • Supports Bone Density

  • Improves Pelvic Floor Muscles

  • Negates the joint pressure associated with running or jumping on hard surfaces

  • More calories burned per minute than street running

I have a really fun rebounding exercise video! Here is a sample of it. You can see the whole video, and MANY other yoga and fitness videos by becoming a subscriber to my video classroom!

If you have any questions about rebounding, ask me here! There are a lot of rebounders for sale at varied places. My advice is- do your research and get a quality one. Personally, I have a Darchen (and I am not associated with the company in any way or form, nor do they sponsor me.)
