Hello Friends,
I started my passion for a healthy lifestyle in my early twenties when I wandered into a yoga class looking to soothe my chronic low back pain. In no time I was hooked on yoga and it’s powerful healing abilities. I had been a successful singer-songwriter in the music business for many years, but by the time I was 30, I was tired of the stresses associated with being a professional musician and decided to become a Certified Yoga Teacher.
In the years to follow, I would continue my health journey by becoming Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through the Nutrition Studies program at Cornell University. Becoming plant-based and following the information and books of Medical Medium (Anthony William) cured my chronic migraines, acid reflux, acne and other health issues I had struggled with since I was a teen. Plant-Based Diet also cured my younger daughter’s chronic sinusitis.
I am Certified in Personal Training through the well-regarded National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM.) Resistance, core and postural training have quickly become some of my deepest passions. Especially it connection to helping women become healthy, happy and hormonally balanced from their childbearing years and through and beyond menopause. That said, Personal Training informs us ALL to live balanced and strong - free of chronic structural pain.
I am also a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA oils. This means I educate people in the extraordinary healing power of plant oils and guide them in bringing the oils into their lives, their home, and the lives of their family.
I bring over 18 years of wellness experience and knowledge to the table when working with my clients. Simply: if you have the inspiration to meet your goals, I can create a program for you to succeed. I have helped so many different people frame out their goals and regain their health, including people with chronic illness such as Lupus and recurrent migraines as well as people with chronic back pain, and those who simply did not think they could achieve their personal goals.
Over the years I have worked for and brought my fitness expertise to: Ritz Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara, Goleta Unified Elementary School District, Santa Barbara Yoga Center, Evergreen Preschool, Yardi Systems, Raytheon Technologies, YMCA Montecito, Santa Barbara Athletic Club, Ojai Athletic Club as well as other private groups, corporations, and individuals.
